Cookies Policy

This page explains the cookies we use on the Sidney Paul & Co. website, why we use them, and how you can manage your preferences at any time.

Comments

If you visit our site you may opt in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. They will last for one year.

Logging In and Screen Options

If you visit our login page, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts them. It contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.

When you log in, we will also set up several cookies to save your login information and your screen display choices. These last for two days for login, and a year for screen options. If you select “Remember Me”, your login will persist for two weeks. If you log out of your account, they will be removed.

Editing or Publishing Content

If you edit or publish an article, an additional cookie will be saved in your browser. This cookie includes no personal data and simply indicates the post ID of the article you just edited. It expires after 1 day.

Analytics and Marketing Cookies

We also use a small number of third-party cookies to help us run this website well. Google Analytics lets us see, in aggregate, how visitors find and move around our site so we can keep improving it. If you sign up to hear from us, Klaviyo may set a cookie to help us manage the emails we send. Neither tool identifies you personally – you can read more about how we handle your data in our Privacy Policy.

Managing Your Cookies

Most browsers let you view, manage and delete cookies through their settings, and you’re free to block or remove them at any time. Doing so may affect how parts of our website work, such as staying logged in or remembering your preferences. For independent guidance on controlling them, the UK Information Commissioner’s Office has a helpful guide.

Questions About This Cookies Policy
