Re-decorating

Do you ever find that when you have completely decorated your whole house that you feel you need to start all over again? Well, it’s that time! The big dilemma... Having started with our bedroom, I painted a trompe l'oeil on one wall, it took me an age to complete. I now cannot decide whether or not to paint over it? Please comment and help me to decide... Should I aim for something a little less girly?
