Sidney's Sculpture

Sidney originally trained as a sculptor and there are some of his original pieces in our house, my favourite being the Torso made out of clay, over our fireplace.

Although his work has moved more towards the two dimensional he still has a love of making things. That combined with his tendancy to collect and bring home found objects has inspired him to create three dimensional wall art pieces, like the Joe’s Cafe in our kitchen. He likes to design unique, personal artworks that have cryptic clues embedded in each piece. Only the the owner or client can decyhper the hidden meanings or references, making them extremely emotive and personal.
