In the Shade of the Trees: An Exclusive Mural
This design began as a hand-drawn study of a tropical landscape. Our team worked freehand, in the style of a traditional watercolour, sketching palm trees and dense foliage. We loved the loose, painterly result. In fact, it gives the finished mural the character of an original artwork, not a repeat print. Consequently, we worked with UK printers to preserve the softness of the brushwork at scale. As a result, every panel reads as one continuous, immersive scene. This mural is available exclusively through The Curator, our bespoke murals and wallcoverings service.
This mural suits rooms that call for a sense of escape and drama. For example, a dining room, hallway or garden room all take beautifully to its immersive, all-over scene. In addition, its scale is made to measure for the wall. Besides, it pairs easily with rattan, linen and warm wood for a relaxed, tropical feel. As a result, In the Shade of the Trees brings a quietly transporting character to any room. Its painted landscape lends a settled sense of escape.
